How we build them

• One role per employee. Clear inputs, clear outputs, and one number you can estimate: time taken over.
• Runs in your accounts. You import the workflow into your own n8n, ChatGPT or Claude. We never see your customers, candidates or invoices.
• People approve. Anything customer-, candidate- or prospect-facing ends as a draft. Escalation rules live in code.
• Honest numbers. No invented stats or testimonials. Estimates come from a formula you can check and inputs you control.
• Tested before release. Every workflow is import-tested and executed with stubbed services on a current n8n version.

Why a subscription

AI models, n8n and the services employees connect to change every few months. A small monthly plan keeps every employee updated and lets us keep adding new roles, without asking anyone to pay hundreds up front.
