Terms of service
Template terms prepared for launch. Have them reviewed by a qualified professional before going live.
1. Who we are (legal notice / aviso legal)
This website is operated by LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME, tax ID (NIF) LEGAL_TAX_ID, address LEGAL_ADDRESS, Spain. Contact: diego@plugstaff.com. (Information provided under Spain's Ley 34/2002, LSSI-CE, art. 10.)
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). The seller is the business named above, which issues the invoice and charges applicable taxes such as VAT at checkout.
3. Plans, free trial and cancellation
- Plans. Starter: any 1 AI employee, $19/month or $190/year. Workforce: all AI employees, including new ones as they are released, $49/month or $490/year. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
- Free trial. New customers get a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected at checkout, but nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken on day 8 and the subscription renews automatically each month or year. You are reminded by email before the trial ends. One trial per customer.
- Cancel anytime. Cancel in one click in the Stripe customer portal (linked from every receipt). If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. If you cancel later, the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew.
- Refunds. The free trial is how you try before paying, so paid periods are not refunded pro rata, except where the law requires it or a product is faulty and we can't fix it.
- Plan changes. You can switch employee on Starter or upgrade to Workforce at any time; Stripe prorates the difference.
- Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect on your subscription; you can cancel before then.
4. EU consumers: right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you have 14 days from the start of your subscription to withdraw. The first 7 days are the free trial, which costs nothing and can be cancelled in one click. Downloads are digital content supplied immediately at your request; by starting the subscription you agree to immediate supply (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m); TRLGDCU art. 103(m)). This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
5. What you get and licence
While your subscription is active you can download the AI employees included in your plan (workflow files, prompts, templates, guides) and their updates, and use and modify them for your own business and for clients you deliver services to. You may not resell, share, sublicense or publish them, including modified versions, as a template, product or download. The licence ends when your subscription ends; you then stop using the files and remove them from your systems. Products bought one-time before 21 October 2026 keep the licence they were sold with.
You need your own accounts for third-party services (e.g. n8n, Google, OpenAI); their costs and terms are yours.
6. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for how you use the AI employees, including reviewing AI-generated content before sending, and complying with email, privacy and anti-spam laws (e.g. GDPR, ePrivacy, LSSI-CE, CAN-SPAM) and the terms of the services you connect.
7. No guarantees of results
Time-saved figures are estimates based on the inputs shown. We don't guarantee replies, meetings, revenue, resolution rates or hiring outcomes. AI output can contain errors.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
9. Law and disputes
Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
